Damage & day capture for MEWP rental branches

Recover the Revenue You’re Losing on Damaged & Under-Billed Lift Rentals

LiftProof gives aerial lift and MEWP rental branches timestamped photo proof and real delivery/pickup records so you recover damage, capture extra days, and protect your margins.

  • Recover missed damage charges with side-by-side photo proof
  • Capture extra rental days when machines stay on site longer than scheduled
The Problem

Your Branch Is Bleeding Cash
You Just Can’t See It Yet

Most aerial lift branches quietly lose thousands every month in under-billed rental days and unrecovered damage. Everyone knows it’s happening, but the proof is scattered across paper forms, drivers’ phones, and rough estimates in the rental system.

Under-billed days

  • Planned dates, not real days: Invoices follow scheduled dates, not the actual day the machine came off-rent.
  • Pickup delays: Machines sit on site waiting for pickup, but those days never make it onto the invoice.
  • No simple variance view: No easy way to see “planned vs actual days” per contract, so lost days stay invisible.

Unrecovered damage

  • Paper inspections & memory: Pre/post checks live on paper or “what the driver remembers.”
  • Scattered photos: Damage pictures sit in WhatsApp threads or camera rolls, not tied to contracts.
  • Too hard to prove: When a customer pushes back — “it was already like that” — you eat the cost.
What LiftProof Does

LiftProof Turns Every Rental Into a Documented, Billable Record

LiftProof gives your drivers and yard techs a simple workflow to capture proof at pickup and drop-off, then turns it into clear, billable events for your team.

Feature 01

Guided Pre/Post Photo Inspections

Drivers scan a QR code on the machine or select it from a simple list. LiftProof walks them through a guided photo checklist (rails, platform, controls, tires, decals) with automatic timestamp, user, and GPS attached to the rental.

Feature 02

Side-By-Side Damage Comparison

After the rental, LiftProof shows pre vs post photos side by side, so you can instantly spot new damage. With one click, you generate a damage claim packet: photos, timestamps, unit ID, and repair estimate — ready to send to your customer or drop into your rental system.

Feature 03

Real Delivery & Pickup Times for Billing

Drivers tap “Delivered” and “Picked Up” in the app. LiftProof records the real on-site dates and highlights billing variances where you’ve invoiced fewer days than the machine actually spent on rent.

Feature 04

Branch-Level “Leakage” Dashboard

See, at a glance, how much you’re losing each month from missed days and unrecovered damage — and exactly which contracts and customers are driving that loss.

Why This Pays For Itself

Even a “Tight” Branch Leaves Money on the Floor

We built LiftProof for branches where a few missed days or unbilled repairs every week add up fast.

Example Branch
~200 short-term rentals / month
20 of those under-billed by 0.5–1 day
Average margin: $200/day
  • Under-billed days: 20 × 0.75 day × $200 = $3,000/month
  • Unbilled damage: 3 incidents × $1,200 = $3,600/month
≈ $6,600/month (almost $80k/year) silently leaking out of the branch.
That’s without changing your rates or adding a single new customer... just capturing what you already earned.

If LiftProof helps you recover even a fraction of this, it pays for itself many times over.

Who LiftProof Is For

Built for MEWP Rental Branches

LiftProof is designed specifically for aerial work platform and MEWP rental fleets. If this sounds like your branch, we should talk:

  • 80–600 MEWP units in your branch fleet (booms, scissors, telehandlers)
  • Mostly short-term commercial/industrial rentals (days to a few weeks)
  • Pre/post inspections on paper or ad-hoc forms
  • Damage photos live on drivers’ phones, texts, or email threads
  • Invoices often follow planned dates, not actual delivery/pickup timestamps
  • You know you’re eating damage costs and extra days, just not how much
Early Access

Early Pilot Offer
Free Leakage Audit + No-Risk Pilot

We’re working with a small handful of branches to shape LiftProof around real-world rental operations.

What you get

  • Free last-month leakage audit (we analyze 30–60 days of rentals)
  • A 1-page report showing estimated missed days & unrecovered damage
  • Early access to the LiftProof app and dashboard as we roll out pilots
  • Direct input into the roadmap and workflows

Our promise

If LiftProof doesn’t help you recover at least $4,000/month in the first 90 days, you don’t pay.

Who’s Behind LiftProof?

Hi, I’m John Lander, based in Dallas, TX.

I’m a software builder working with equipment rental branches to plug the leaks in damage recovery and days-on-rent.

LiftProof started after a series of conversations with rental and service managers who all said some version of: “We know we’re losing money on damage and extra days, but it’s hard to prove and not worth fighting every time.”

My goal with LiftProof is simple: give your branch clean photo proof and real timestamps so you can recover more of what you’ve already earned... without making life harder for drivers or your office team.

FAQ

Questions Branch Managers Ask Us

What to expect

Pilots are hands-on and collaborative. We’ll help your team get the app running, review the first round of leakage findings with you, and tune the workflow so it fits your drivers and yard techs.

Q1. What data do you need for the free leakage audit?
A: Typically a simple CSV export from your rental system with contract IDs, unit IDs, customer, start/end dates, invoice dates, and daily/weekly rates. We don’t need sensitive pricing formulas or customer contact details to get started.
Q2. Do you integrate with our existing rental or ERP system?
A: For early pilots, we work alongside your existing system: drivers use LiftProof for proof and timestamps, and your team continues invoicing in your ERP. As we learn with early customers, we’ll add integrations with the most common rental platforms.
Q3. Will this slow my drivers down?
A: The driver workflow is designed to take under 2 minutes: scan the QR, snap a few guided photos, tap Delivered/Picked Up, and go. In pilots, we’ll watch your process and adjust the checklist so it fits your branch’s reality.
Q4. How is LiftProof priced?
A: Pricing will typically be in the $800–$1,500 per branch per month range, depending on fleet size. For early pilot branches, we’re offering discounted or deferred pricing in exchange for feedback — and we only want you to pay if LiftProof is clearly recovering multiples of that every month.
